Everything was clean and staff were attentive. Breakfast was nice as they served locally-made hams and cheese etc.

The friendliness of the front desk receptionist and her helpfulness with all our questions. She even offered us a free drink because when we arrived they were shampooing the lobby rug. We liked having a parking garage on site.
We were given a room out of the main hotel and thus had to walk through the rain to get to breakfast. We would have preferred a main house room. The building we were in was so "sterile" in the hallways. During breakfast, no one came to see if we needed any plates cleared away or to offer us more coffee. We were greeted and brought coffee when we arrived and that was the last we saw anyone.
